We are looking for an IT Administrator / Security Engineer to support our internal IT infrastructure, ensure a secure working environment, and provide day-to-day technical support to our remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Manage Google Workspace users, groups, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux laptops.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access management.
• Maintain Microsoft Defender security policies and respond to security alerts.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, device compliance, and access control.
• Troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT infrastructure issues.
• Support Cisco networking equipment and VPN solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and software licensing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or Security Engineer.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Good understanding of IT security principles, including:
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Security Policies
  • Access Control
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Cisco networking is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications.
• PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Experience supporting remote international teams.
