Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls in English and Kazakh language. (Kazakh market) to reach potential clients — this is the main part of the job.
  • Research the client’s niche, industry, and business needs to better understand their challenges.
  • Identify and analyze potential leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, and company databases, according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Create and launch personalized outreach sequences (intro messages, follow-ups) via LinkedIn and email.
  • Manage correspondence with leads, qualify them, and guide them to the next sales stage.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Keep accurate CRM records and track all interactions and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare regular reports on performance.

    Requirements

  • English level B2 or higher — confident spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable and confident making cold calls (a must).
  • Experience working with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator or basic tools).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and outreach basics.
  • Motivation to grow in IT and sales.

    Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
