  • Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Law or Accounting 
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and leadership ability 
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management 
  • Familiarity with business and sales processes principles 
  • Professional Working Knowledge of English 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgment in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environments
  • Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks
  • Strong attention to details, and obsessed with process improvement 
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools and grow with the role.
  • Ability to multitask

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in sales operations or project management role
  • Experience with commercial Legal processes 


  • Ensure all Business operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way 
  • Manage the quote-to-cash process, including quoting, order management, and revenue recognition 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Information Systems, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations processes 
  • Lead strategic partnership programs 
  • Lead and manage process improvement, automations and projects 
  • Perform quality controls and monitor company’s business KPIs 
  • Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way 
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our business models and products
  • Track long term sales data 
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
