ProfiSea Labs is an innovative cloud management platform, capable to handlle all the most painful points felt by CloudOps engineers and IT managers who face increasing pressure to cut down IT costs, but only in a way that doesn’t do any damage to business value. ProfiSea Labs is a new generation AI-Based multi-cloud management platform that helps users visualize cloud assets, maximize cloud utilization, reduce waste, and lower cloud costs to pursue business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study;
• At least 1 years of relevant experience;
• At least Upper Intermediate English;
• Be attentive to details;
• Understand the industry and constantly learn modern trends and changes;
• Ability to work within tense timeline.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs;
• Determine selection criteria;
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
• Lead employer branding initiatives;
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
• Recruitment KPI reporting.
